New Members to SHSS require an assessment to ensure they enjoy the right level for them to improve appropriately. From October 3, 2016. Minisquad - Monday - Friday 3.45-4.30pm Junior Squad - Monday-Friday 7-8am and 4.30-5.30pm. Saturday 8-9am Competitive/Fitness Squad - Monday-Friday 6-7.30am and 4.30-6pm.
